Our client, Square, gets a special vegan and gluten-free dessert each Friday. Today we built them a scrumptious sorbet stand. Scoops of colorful Ciao Bella sorbet stuffed glass mason jars that towered behind bowls of toasted and fresh fruit. The real showstopper was the technique we used to keep the sorbet crisp and chilled: dry ice! The thick, white smoke swirling under the sorbet was a playful presentation that delighted the crew at Square. Butter was definitely not missed during dessert time today!
